When you request a private homepage demo or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, website URL, trade, city and state, email address, phone number, desired job types, consent confirmation, and other information you voluntarily provide. We do not collect payment card information through this Site.

We use submitted information to assess fit, review the public business, prepare or share a private homepage direction, contact you about the request, discuss Rigged To Rank services, and deliver agreed work. We do not sell or rent personal information for third-party marketing.
3. Consent and Communications
Submitting a demo request gives Rigged To Rank permission to contact you about that request by phone or email. It does not enroll you in unrelated marketing or activate automated SMS, AI voice, call recording, CRM, or lead-recovery workflows. Those services require separate scope, provider setup, business rules, and approvals.
4. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how visitors use our Site. Vercel Analytics does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information for cross-site advertising.
5. Cookies
This Site does not use advertising pixels or retargeting cookies. Private demo links may set a short-lived, secure functional cookie so an authorized recipient can open the private direction without leaving an access token in the browser address. Functional cookies are not used to track visitors across unrelated websites.

Demo requests and related business records may be retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active client relationship, legal obligation, security record, or legitimate business purpose. You may request deletion by contacting us at the email below.
