1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rigged To Rank's website at riggedtorank.com ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
Rigged To Rank provides website development, local visibility work, Google Business Profile support, citation and review systems, lead-response workflows, estimate follow-up, AI receptionist configuration, reporting, and related job-capture services for home service contractors. Exact scope, deliverables, timelines, provider accounts, approvals, and responsibilities are defined in the written agreement for each client.
3. Public Product Descriptions
The Site describes contractor websites, Local Growth, Lead Recovery, AI Receptionist, and related workflows as available implementation paths. Public concept builds and private demos are illustrative unless specifically identified as client work. Fictional concepts do not claim real ratings, credentials, results, or customer relationships. No live automation, messaging, voice, CRM, or reporting workflow is activated without a separate approved scope.
4. Private Demos
Private demo links are intended only for the recipient and may expire or be withdrawn. A private demo is a proposed creative direction, not a completed deliverable or a representation that the named business has engaged Rigged To Rank. Access controls reduce casual discovery but do not replace the recipient's responsibility to avoid forwarding the link.
5. Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own the website code, domain, and approved client-specific content produced under their engagement. Managed workflow configurations, dashboards, prompts, routing logic, integrations, third-party services, and ongoing operating systems remain subject to the active service agreement, provider terms, and any applicable licenses. Client business data remains client data.
6. Performance Claims
No website, search, advertising, or automation service can guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, rankings, or revenue. Any performance commitment applies only when it is stated in a signed client agreement with its eligibility requirements, measurement method, exclusions, and remedy. Public concepts, projections, and examples are not performance promises.
7. Payments and Third-Party Costs
Website payments, monthly service fees, setup fees, usage allowances, and provider accounts are governed by the written agreement. The founding website offer may use staged payments after a free demo is approved. Calling, SMS, CRM, calendar, AI, hosting, and other provider costs are disclosed when they apply. Accounts past due may result in service suspension. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
8. Responsible Voice and Messaging
RTR AI Front Desk and related communication workflows are positioned as inbound and consent-aware systems. Rigged To Rank does not offer AI cold calling, robocall campaigns, voice cloning, impersonation, or autonomous pricing approvals through this Site. Clients are responsible for approving business rules, disclosures, handoff paths, and any communications practices required for their jurisdiction and industry. These Terms are not legal advice.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or our services to transmit spam, misrepresent your identity, upload malicious code, violate provider terms, or violate applicable law. Rigged To Rank may refuse or suspend service where requested use creates legal, platform, reputational, or operational risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigged To Rank's liability for any claim arising from the Site or services is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. Rigged To Rank is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or lost profits.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
Rigged To Rank may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active client agreements will be communicated directly where required.
